Our Mission

The mission of Eisel Behavior Therapy and Consultation is to create a safe, joyful space in which clients can acquire necessary skills to build full and meaningful lives. This mission can only be realized through the organization’s core values of assent, compassion, transparency, connection, trust, and positive relationships. Eisel Behavior Therapy and Consultation aims to deliver compassionate, client-centered ABA services using socially valid methods backed by substantive, current research.

Services

We see those who have been diagnosed with autism or other disabilities who engage in severe problem behaviors that have restricted their quality of life; and those diagnosed with one or more of the following: anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) who engage in mild to moderate internalizing or externalizing behaviors that have restricted their quality of life, including self-harm and suicidal behaviors.

Meet Heather Eisel

I am a doctoral-level Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) committed to providing compassionate and quality services that help people build full lives they value. My work centers on creating safe, nurturing spaces that foster lasting behavior change through methods backed by behavioral science and authentic, trusting client-therapist relationships.

I have worked with individuals with disabilities for 27 years in group homes, day programs, and as a certified special education teacher for adolescents with emotional and behavioral disabilities. I completed my PhD at the University of Oklahoma in 2022.
